PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Tile Adhesive is a polymer modified white cement-based adhesive for fixing all types of marble chips on walls. It is suitable for both internal & external applications. It provides excellent waterproofing properties and resists cracking of walls. This adhesive is available in various colors. As per customer’s requirements.

HOW TO APPLY

Add 20 kg of Tile Fixer to approx. 8.5 to 9.0 litters of cool and clean tap water.
Blend properly for 5 minute by hand or an electric stirrer to get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
After blending wait for 10 minutes, blend once again only prior to spreading.
Now apply the adhesive on the surface utilizing the indented trowel keeping up a layer of 3mm.
Press the marble chips within 10 to 15 minutes with a shuffling movement onto the adhesive. Check properly to ensure that the back of the tile is in full contact with the adhesive.
Remove excess adhesive immediately from the joints.
The proper preparation of the surface will make the fixing easier and quicker ensuring a better finish. The surface should be flat with a tolerance of 3mm over a distance of 50 – 52 sqft. It is essential to waterproof wet areas prior to tiling
Under normal circumstances the joints may be filled after minimum 24 hours.
